Drove a 2012 392 and then did the same drive with a 2012 RT with track pack and yes it is.
Their is a big difference in body roll when you pull the wheel from left to right.

Having owned a '10 w/STP and now a '12 SRT I would agree, especially if you hit the Sport mode button which makes a dramatic difference. I haven't driven an 11+ R/T though.

i love my r/t. only once even heard the "why no srt" comment. and honestly cause it was gonna cost me 150-200 $ more a month for only 75 hp or so. obviously there are a few other upgrades, but the main one people always say is the 392.
although if i had the money i would of bought the 392.
