I'll have to check into it further.
players that act as a thumb drive may be able to pull songs off. the thing to remember is that if it isn't a REGULAR mp3 or wma file, if it is a protected file, it won't play when transferred into the MyGig.

the best interface will be the ipod, unfortunately. i really don't want to get an iphone as at&t cell service is double what i am paying on sprint

Re: Those who already have MyGIG - Zune compatability?

I am planning on plugging my USB hard drive into the Mygig and transferring as much as I can to it. I believe the Mygig will read the ID3 tags on the mp3 files and that is what will display when the song plays off the internal drive. None of my songs have digital rights managment on them as I ripped them all from my cd's.

Re: Those who already have MyGIG - Zune compatability?

Yea, I have a few Zunes also and refuse to buy an iPod.
There must be a way to hook it up to that Universal Connector in the Console.
Hopefully someone will make an adapter even if it doesn't give you full control I'll take it. Just put it on shuffle and call it a day

Re: Those who already have MyGIG - Zune compatability?

I guess you could burn CDs from ITunes to transfer the songs to the hard disk.... kind of the long way around if you have a ton of DRM'd music though.
