No. All cars are badged at the factory before they ship.
However, badges are easy to remove. Anything on the body or rear you just have to heat up with sunshine, blowdryer or heat gun and then use some fishing line or dental floss to get underneath and "saw" back and forth working your way along the badge. The double sided sticky tape is easy to get off afterwards. For badges on the grill they have tabs. Just need to apply pressure to the tabs, without breaking them, and then slide them out.
Also- an R/T Classic has the classic script "Challenger" badge on the sides before the doors.
