Tickets=Alot. No just kidding. I have read that it stands for Trans American (i.e. Trans Am) on the older challengers.

T/A stands for Trans-Am. The race circuit back in the 70's was called Trans-Am....that's how the car got it's name.

R/T stands for Road & Track

SRT8 stands for Street Racing Technology with an 8 cylinder motor

...add in the "and" in there...Street and Racing Technology.

Also...SRT is for the SRT8 or SRT4 (Neon/Caliber). IDK if there ever was a V6 in there...wasn't the Crossfire a V6 and called the SRT6?

No, Plymouth had the Rapid Transit System (RTS) while Dodge had the Scat Pack. As already posted by Princess: R = Road and T = Track in R/T.

The real question since they are producing the 2013 in 2 months and stopped
making the 2012s
Makes you wonder how many 2012 Mopar Exterior Packages (T/A} that were produced?
I don't think there were many.I know I see many challengers(all sorts} but NO T/As as of yet.(the real deal and not the fakes people put on them}..............JQ
