Re: Will you buy????

Ya, some user over on another thread posted the 6.1 6spd stickering at 65k Canadian. So times that 75% to get an USA dollar aproxiamation. If the exchange rate is still close to what i remember. If they overcharge the first year i will seriously have to look at my situation.

Heck no

If they price it in the $40,000 range, I would just by a C6. If any version is going to be priced over 40, it better be flirting 500hp. Most people are not going to buy a Challenger, because it has a back seat (the same goes for the new Camaro). Since you can snag a nicely equipped Corvette, that will weigh less and come with 400hp, in the 40-50K range, the new muscle cars better offer some amazing engines to be in the same price area.

Re: Will you pay 'Dealer Mark-up' (Marketing Allowance)?

You just have to find the right dealer. There are a few on the East Coast that are good and would probably go at or below MSRP. We just have to wait and see.

Re: Will you pay 'Dealer Mark-up' (Marketing Allowance)?

I'd be willing to pay 5K over MSRP to get a new Challenger.....that is if there's a 6K DCX rebate offered at the same time also.
