I'd be real surprised to see OEM wheels go any wider. SRT Engineers in past talks have stated clearly that they chose the biggest wheels they could without compromising safety and reliability (and unofficially, cost). The same size wheels go on all the LX SRTs (300s, Magnums (RIP) and Chargers).

Having said that, I have 315/35r20s on the rear with a 1" drop and 10.5" wheels in the rear. I love the look, but they DO RUB a lot when cornering.
