This is for the guys that wanted to know how my car would run with the current mods. Also still on the stock Goodyears. Heres my latest run.
I said I would never ever go back to the track on the stock Goodyears. Well, I lied. I decided to give it a try one more time on the nice lovely Goodyear supercar G2's. This time I went for the John Force burnout. I still wasnt expecting much but what the hell. I launched at 3k and it actually hooked. It suprised the hell out of me that it was hooking and my brain went into full on freak mode so I let out. (yeah, its like burned into my brain that I have to let out from a dig on the stock tires. LOL) I got back in it and it spun but not as bad as last time at the track. Granny shifted to second and spun a tad but not much. Going into 3rd and 4th was no spin. I expeced a mid 12 timeslip in the 125's. Well I got an 11.9 at almost 129 MPH on the lovely Goodyears. That was the first and last run I did today. LOL
The tune I was running was also about 30 rwhp and 30 rwtq less than what my latest dyno run was. It also puts the timing in a bit slower too. I figured it would help because of the tires. I call it my Goodyear tune.
Cant wait for my 10 second timeslip with good tires.
