Warranty Rebate from Chrysler

Hey guys and gals, when I got my Chally last November I had a full year left of my extended warranty on my Crossfire. Now, they told me that I would be getting that year back in the form of a rebate check. My finance guy told me it takes 30-45 days to process the payment, however it's been almost 90 days and no check. I'm going to get a hold of him this afternoon but has anyone had issues tryin to get this kind of rebate back from Chrysler? Or are they just trying to sweep all payables under the rug?

I too was supposed to get a rebate check from my extended warranty on my Magnum SRT8.. that was the one that they were supposed to fully refund if it wasn't used... I have been waiting since November.. Keep me posted on your progress and I will on mine.

Re: Warranty Rebate from Chrysler

I just talked to my finance guy. He says I should have seen something by now as my trade-in was paid off by the dealer 2 weeks after I traded it in. He's going to investigate and let me know and I will let y'all know the results.
