Great mod. Very happy that I have it. The most time consuming part about this mod was getting the car up in the air. Very easy mod to do.

If you put this on an auto SRT what does it provide?

When it's in drive, does it just hit each gear instead of going from 1st to 4th?

Thanks!

Madcoder, the skip shift eliminator is for the manual transmission cars to eliminate the annoying 1-4 shift (which is mainly designed to keep RPMs down and reduce emissions). It will not work on an automatic, as they always go through the gears one by one.

I have had mine for nearly four years. I like it a lot!

The installation was a snap and will take less than 5 minutes once you jack up the car.

Thanks for the info!

So, in a six-speed when your going from 1st to 2nd, does it physically only allow you to go into 4th gear?

OMG. I didn't realize they did that...

Why in gods name would they put something like this on a manual?

I see why this is a must-have upgrade!
