Well wasn't the 71 Cuda like that as well? I think it looks perfect.

Burningman-- I cannot remember seeing a view of the 'Cuda Concept's right rear area : do you have a locking gas cap like the original's ?

Ragamuffin The Cuda didn't have a gas cap on the quarter panel. They were hidden behind the licence plate. The Challanger had the gas cap on the quarter.

I guess I never realized that difference between those '70's models. Ironically the Barracudas and 'Cudas then have that similarity with the 2006 Dodge Challenger Concept !

Yep ! to be honest I still think the challanger concept looks more like the 'Cuda anyways other then the beltline on the quarter.

I agree with that .. some of the details are close to being directly from the orginal challanger. The tail lights .. the hood etc. But the over all body look to me says 'Cuda. I hope they make a Cuda off this car as well . Just like the old days the challanger and Cuda Ebody sister cars. If not im betting there will be alot of aftermarket conversions.

Anyways it all gets my blood pumping ! can't wait
