I'm proud of it. People don't call for banning baseball bats or knives do they?
Ooh wait, I've got a great idea... Let's make DRUGS ILLEGAL! Drugs are the reason why people rob and kill people. Just think, if we made drugs illegal then nobody would have them and everything would be sunshine and daisies!

Well if they made drugs legal think of all the lost money for privatized jails and other groups.

Wow!! That's a great statement, kind of puts it all in perspective. I told the wife yesterday that if people want to do acts like this they'll get anything that will work no matter how hard we make it for them.
Well if they made drugs legal think of all the lost money for privatized jails and other groups.
I don't think there'd be any lost money. There would just be fewer issues of overcrowding, and no early release because the jails ran out of room! People might actually begin to serve their full sentence. How great would that be?
That's spooky. What's worse is, if that is real those people vote! We saw the results of that last November. Hide your car and protect it with your gun, before you have to surrender both! Folks, it's only the beginning.

I think it was sarcasm. One of the biggest obstacles to legalization is all the special interests that profit from the War on Drugs; it's a real cash cow for them.

You got it.
It's not about safety or any reason other than MONEY!
Speed is dangerous but so is stupidity and ignorance. Neither guns nor speed belongs in the hands of either.
