To get it to sit exactly like that your gonna want to use the SRT suspension...the Eibach will probably put it a tad lower.

I am actually going to lower mine just a little bit. Mopar offers a spring that they say works with the 12+ sport suspension that will close the fender gap just a tad more.

Here is a pic of my 11 R/T I had which had 18's and I used the Hotchkis suspension.
