What color was your Challenger? Sorry I missed you, there was a lot going on. You missed my R/T which was parked next to registration behind Miss Car Craft.
We were shooting for 100 cars and easily had over 200. Not a simple feet considering we had only a handful of people and a little over four weeks to promote. Bad thing about running the show is I did not have a chance to see any cars. I tried to make the rounds and talk to as many people as I could. Copy of my review of the show from MnHotRods below.

Writing this to say thanks to everyone that came out and made this one of the best shows of 2009. We started the day with early morning shows that gave way to clouds at around 9am and sunny skys around 11am. The turnout was great with 171 registered cars, 4 unregistered cars and hundreds of spectators who overflowed into the Menards lot next door. Black Dawg Grille was short staffed with only two girls to serve the bar and dining area and one cook. We had some complaints on wait time and service but I want to commend the staff for their hard work. The Hooters girls arrived at 1pm with 50 hot wings and free beer coupons to pass out to participants and spectators. Ashley and Maya also posed for photos and helped with raffle prizes. Miss Car Craft 2008, Chrissy Wood, arrived at 1pm to smooze with the crowd. She signed posters for about and hour then walked the show posing for photos. Raffle drawings started at 11:30 and went all day with as many as twenty winners every 21 minutes to clear the crowded prize table. We started the awards ceremony by giving away the raffle grand prize of $202. O'Reilly reps chose the Top 21 winners. Each received a Top 21 8x10 plaque and Top 21 t-shirt. After the ceremony, participants headed for their cars and we went from 175 cars to 15 cars within 15 minutes.
Before closing I want to point out that we pulled off a big show with just 8 volunteers and a budget of $650. We received a lot of positive feedback and look forward to doing one again next year. Thanks again for coming out for a good time with us. Please make sure to mention the show to our sponsors next time you see them.
