Help me pick some TIRES!

For summer and winter you need all seasons. They are a compromise in both extremes though. The stock srt-8 rims are rated up to 275/XXZR20 The XX is up to you for the profile size.

Some go wider, but the tire manufactures recommend no greater than 275.

Personally I went with summer only, and winter only tires, for the best of both worlds.

A local CL guy is selling a set of 4 Blizzak tires for $500.00 - used two winters in "Like New" condition...is this a good deal? I checked a few places and Blizzak's were 300 each...

Two rear tires: Blizzak 275/40 R20 106R
Two front tires: Blizzak 245/45 R20 99H

Will these tires above fit? What is the 106R and the 99H mean? Looks like the actual SIZE will fit my 09 SRT8 but I just don't want to get them and have them not fit for some weird reason?

The 106R and 99H are the load and speed rating of the tires.

106=2094lbs the tire can support (fully inflated to PSI on the side of the tire) and R=max speed rating of 106MPH.

99=1710lbs the tire can support fully inflated and H=max speed rating of 130mph.

Depends on the rims. If you have 9.5" wide rims like the srt-8 20's then yes. For snow tires, I wouldn't recommend going this wide. For summer tires these sizes are the max recommended by tire manufactures, and are needed to reduce tire spin at the r/t level, 6.1L they are a bit narrow, 6.4L so much wheel spin your 0-60 times suffer, therefore should be considered way to narrow even for stock.

~235 wide is good for snow tires for all 4
