Question Wheel setup help please!

I am looking to swap out my stock wheel/tire setup to something more aggressive looking and of course better grip.

I would like to run 315s in the back and keep the 245s up front.

I was also thinking about using 18's with a large sidewall in the rear to make it look raised in the back-end.

I'm just not sure how to stagger the setup to work and what offset to use for the rears or how it would affect the handling daily driving.

Thanks,
Jon

EDIT: I found a pic of the rough look I'm shooting for.

Well, if you're looking for the "Hot Wheels" effect, these are for sale. Here's a pic of my car when I had them on her. 20's up front, 22's in back. I may be even interested in a trade depending on what you have.
