Just wanted to add this to the Forum so we can get your responses.

We will have 4 Classes of Drag Racing.

They include a HEADS-UP, Qualified Ladder, Quick 16
(that is run what you brung and hope you brought enough)

There will be a V-6 Only Bracket Class

There will also be a 5.7 Bracket Class

There will also be a 6.1 Bracket Class (that includes stroked motors)

We will also have an Exhibition Class for your entertainment.

We will stay with this format for the 2008 Meet unless there is a huge interest in an AWD Class (we would need at least 32 vehicles to start up an extra Class)

Well, I've heard " It's never too early to plan a Head" but this is almost 7 months away;plus it was 16 degrees a few hours ago { @ least around Chicagoland

} and looking at about a foot of the 'fluffy white stuff': so it's hard to get into a Spring Thing : when it is still Late Fall !!

Think of it this way, if you continue moving down the list it is actually a good thing because that means more vendors are coming and there is that many more prizes that we will be up for grabs at both the M&G and the track.

I understand what you are saying.

For the planners though . . . time flies by pretty fast. We are planning for a 2-day event, for over 300 cars and around 3000 spectators. For those that are able to come out and participate in the event the 6-7 months of planning will be well worth it.

The folks that attended last spring know that I always plan some sort of surprise that I don't post on the forums or tell anybody about and 2008 M&G will not be any different.

I was there this year and it was great! lots of cars lots of prizes lots of fun!! now add a drag day, oh baby! DO NOT MISS THIS!!! If you live only a state or 2 away this will be one to attend!
