I agree! One of my favorites. Watching the movie will definitely get you wanting to know more about the sport.

I took on the "under 150 lbs" world champion a couple years ago, he dropped by my workpalce and I just had to give him a try. I weight almost 200 and am much taller than he is, while I could hold him back, I could not budge his arm! It was like it was made of stone! Finally when I got tired of trying to move him, he put me out of my misery He then proceeded to beat me left handed too LOL

Arm wrestling is a great sport, so is regular wrestling! I've been a high school wrestling coach for years, we get no respect...well until it's ass kicking time at the end of the night

I love arm wrestling. I don't know if I would label it a sport.....but it is fun. I think it may feed into the only work your upper body syndrome that body builders fall into.

Do they test for roids at these events? If no then maybe Lance Armstrong can start a second career

Cool vids though.

I'm 100 percent with you ghost. If there is 0 testing and they are mammoths it is due to the roids.

In the words of Sly stalone "everyone needs a little HGH"

I am sure there is some D-Ball mixed in there as well.

I know for a fact that many of these now "juiced" arm wrestlers were immensely powerful even before they started doing that stuff. It does help, but the person's training and genetics play a bigger role for success.

Alexey Voevoda and John Brzenk are considered the two best, and are natural.

My all time favorite strongman Magnus Samuelson has always been 100% natural.

ya, you have to train on roids man. you have to hit the gym still and put your time in....but the gains you can see and the recovery and the test and energy make it much more feesable to hit the gym more and get way better gains.

I take NoExplode and feel jacked. I could only imagine roids making it easier. They were all brutes before Omaha. I am not taking anything away from them. but it is near impossible for a guy to compete when he is the only natural guy in the bunch.

I LOVE strongman competitions. They are awesome.
