Post Autoblog reader snags aborted Camaro concept shots on NAIAS TV broadcast

So, did GM make the right call?

You've gotta love TiVo. The magic time-shifting set-top boxes have changed the way we watch television, allowing the auto-obsessed to catch Formula One without having to stay up to the wee hours of the AM or for auction buffs not to miss the going rate when the hammer drops at Barrett-Jackson just as the wife's 'Honey-Do' list beckons unexpectedly.

Or, in the case of Autoblog reader Jeff C., it allows you to snag screenshots of the Chevrolet Camaro that General Motors' CEO Rick Wagoner nixed in the eleventh-hour, pushing designers to create the concept that eventually premiered at the NAIAS earlier this month. The shots come courtesy of Detroit's own WDIV Channel 4's coverage of the show.

Re: Autoblog reader snags aborted Camaro concept shots on NAIAS TV broadcast

Call me Crazy Guys, I don't mean to be the guy who goes against the grain, but I kinda like em both. Don't get me wrong, I love Mopar but I am also a car lover in general. Well... as long as it isn't rice! But I love the idea of the camaro coming back and I really do like the looks of them.
I can't wait to see a challenger, a camaro, and a mustang (and heres hoping a firebird/trans-am as well) all lined up on the cover of a car magazine with those throw back styles!

Hey, if something happens and DCX don't put-out, I'll be driving a Camaro before I will a Mustang.

Something about the nose especially, top grill to narrow maybe and headlight inset doesnt jibe. Type of grille is questionable. Maybe an inslope on the bottom grille it juttin out like that doesnt look right.
