I have a buddy that toys with his new GTO. he threw a turbo on with a rev limiter and I must say, It drives very nice at high speeds......It still doesn't compare to his '70 426 Hemi Challenger.

DCX could put the Hemi in the Sprinter van and it would shoot out the door.

And thank God for those angry Charger and Mopar fans who were disapointed and mad about the Charger's 4-Doors and (ugly) modern styling. If it wasnt for them I'd doubt the Challenger project would have gotten started.

DCX is paying close attention to what their customers want, and if Deiter, Tommy or anyone else in charge kill off the new Challenger, or if they screw up the styling they are going to hear the worst b-tching and moaning from US Mopar fans than they ever did when they introduced the Charger.

GM should have taken online polls, held discussion groups and listened closely to Pontiac fans who bought GTO's and Firebirds in the past of what they wanted in the new Goat. They blew it.
