Talking Group Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CHALLENGER R/T HEMI SRT8 GROUP BUY SIGNUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This thread probably won't last long, but what the heck...

Group buys are posted by venders, etc. on all the car forums out there for headers, electronics, badges, blah, blah, blah. Now...bear with me...
what about a group buy for the Challenger R/T HEMI SRT8, or whatever version comes out that you want? Either a centralized dealer for each district of the US..Canada also..to ease the driving/flying pain of getting there; or one dealer for everyone to order the cars from.

Start the discussion with them now to agree to order and sell to people from this forum the Challenger of their choice..presumably ordered..at true cost or whatever amount below invoice. Whatever price that would make it a true deal and worth this effort.

No haggling, stressing over deals, just order the darn thing, drive it home once delivered and know you got a real deal on the hottest car to hit the road in 35 years. We all know there are dealers out there that will do this.

Re: Group Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those in Socal or anywhere, I guess...

Union Dodge in Garden Grove was the place that was willing to order and sell the Charger SRT8 at MSRP. Jason Munger was the contact.

Re: Group Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know a really, really good salesman at a Dodge dealer in my area... if anyone around here could do it, he could... and I'm sure he wouldn't mind. This place had 6 Crossfires about 2 weeks after they were released... they have no trouble getting ahold of invantory.

Noted, MustangSally, and added to my Challenger info file, thanks.

Mr.DJ - Great to see your class act over on this new forum as well.

Re: Group Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His name is Wesley, and the dealership is in Easley SC. My dad has bought 5 vehicles from him, and I've bought one from him. He knows what he's doing, and he's not the kind of guy to cheat you. The dealership itself is about as close as you can get to a wholesaler... they sell their cars at almost invoice price... I got my brand new '05 Neon for $500 over invoice... and that $500 was what it cost for them to get it from Tennassee to South Carolina.

Thanks, WildKarrde. It's added to my notes.

I'm not opposed to a transcontinental drive if the price is right.
