IT shouldn't be that way, manuals are cheaper to manufacture, but in todays age most cars come with automatics so there are more of them produced so they are more readily available.
I wan't a manual and would probably still pay a little extra for it.

Just as with the engine option argument, I feel the answer here is to make a variety available, and let the customer decide. Raffi's point, and I feel it, is why bother asking if you're gonna do what you want and shove an automatic down my throat anyway?
More than likely it will cost them a good amount of change to configure their facilities to manufacture a 6sp/M Challenger but in the long run, the consumer will be paying for it anyway, it should not be an option killer.Smokn~ ![]() |
