How Do I Turn My Video Clip Into An Avatar?

Hey, i just took this clip of me doing a burnout and it's pretty sweet. I was just curious on what software i can use to make that 10 second video clip into a moving GIF image. Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Convert video to mov file
Then open it on gif animator( get a free trail here http://www.ulead.com/ga/trial.htm)
and try to make it fit into 39.1kb
Good luck
