Mini-Charger "Avenger" concept?

Interesting article on a "mini-Charger" like concept labeled the Avenger:

This may mean, for the Challenger, that although front wheel drive, if this Avenger has any type of sporty package (or perhaps an SRT variant), this would push the Challenger more towards the high end with only a V8 (no V6 for the masses) and limited production. Interesting that they labeled this a "muscle car" for the mid-size vehicle category.

I don't think a muscle car should ever be a FWD

Interesting. If there is no V6, that won't necessarily be a bad thing.

I am planning on buying a 6.1 SRT (or R/T) and a "limited" run will prevent me from seeing a Challenger around every corner.
