Re: This is one NICE CAR.

Yea it looks nice but it does not look like it is very street worthy. To low and wheels look like they will easily rub inside the wells.

To me, what the point of building a car you can't drive on the street.

I agree, just what I was thinking ! It appears that there are people with lots of $$$$ and maybe get off showing a car to or dissing a car/model to others !

Re: This is one NICE CAR.

if your gonna put that much money into customising an old car to make it show at this level than i wouldn't take much extra to re work the suspension so its driveable on the street while your at it... maybe its on air bags, or the inner wheel wells have been reworked, look at some of the rides out there now... scrapin pavement on every bump and have to hit your driveway approch on a 45 degreee angle so you don't rip[ out the bumpers but they are still streetable... i would buy and drive this beauty on sunny days

Re: This is one NICE CAR.

Although not a huge fan of the 'slammed' look myself, I do have several photos of this custom car in my Photo Gallery.

The cars inner structure is all custom fabbed. The sheetmetal is original 'cuda that has been radically reworked. The roof has been chopped, fenders legntened and the body has been rake channeled. The car is as fuctional as a Lambo or Ferrari. The air extractors on the tops of the fenders and hood also serve as clearance for wheel travel. Basicaly the car is only a 'cuda visualy. The car is on the Show circut right now and has only been driven 300+ miles. But the car was built to be driven and to my understanding will be. The car is slated for Bonniville for a land speed run for a street car. I have just seen the car this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing! Pictures do it NO justice!

With this guys financial situation he probably has plenty of other "more streetable" cars and could care less about what anyone thinks. I'll take it the car the way it sits.

BTW it only cost 3/4 of a Mil.
