Yeah, I agree with everything everyone said. I'm not sure what he wanted- was I supposed to pull off the shoulder to let him in my spot from the closed lane LOL?
It was just so weird seeing him snap pics. I probably shouldn't have "returned-fire" with my camera, but it was just so odd. Luckily I was out of state on a road trip when this happened and his plate was from yet another state.

Here's another critic! Hannibal would drive a refined car, like a Jag, never a truck. He would smile and wave you in, never show anger. In Minnesota the DOT have a posting on thier website telling everyone to do just what the other driver did and not get over "before" the pinch point. They call it a "zipper" and say it goes smoother and fairer for everyone if all would just merge together at the very end. It does make sense and puts an end to the stress felt by all of the motorists who watch as others fly by.
