A stretch.......... but
The 2008 Challenger is based on the Charger platform, mildly modified. The 2009 Challenger will, they claim, have a 6 speed manual. Pontaic will have the G8, a four door sport sedan 360HP with a 6 speed manual. Anyone else think, or hope, Dodge would make the seemingly "simple" and obvious choice to put a 6 speed manual in a Charger? One can always hope.

Obvious indeed! But why make it a serious touring car? Why make it competitive with other manufacturers. Wouldn't this increase sales volume? How silly!
