why can't I add this avatar?

? I dont get why it wont work. It says eithetr invalid fil, or the option is disabled? help... thank you

when I copy the url of the gif and paste it into the avatar part of the control panel, then hit submit, it dosent add the avatar.

Download the avatar to your desktop first, then upload it in your user CP.
