Why do you enjoy ChallengerTalk?

The first thought that occurs to me is "man, some of these guys REALLY know their stuff!" It's next to impossible to ask "anything Challenger" and not get a good answer - most impressive! I also like how its subdivided into so many worthwhile venues. I particularly enjoy having a platform to share thoughts and ideas with so many like minded fellas (and gals I guess) from literally all over. Overall, I appreciate the chance to rap with some really cool heads...most of which have them screwed on real straight.

I joined back in 2008 when the 2009 models were just coming out to hear what people were buying and cool experiences of the purchase and owning it. I have learned a lot over the years and helped out countless people with my owning experience as well. I still like seeing people post a thread when they buy their car.

It's addictive. Love it. It's like you're in a different world. Therapeutic. Stress relieve.
My wife hates it. She gives me crap when she sees me on it. I just ignore her. They just don't get it. If she divorces me, I'm blaming this forum.
Feel like a kid again. It's hard to put into words as you guys know.
They just don't get it.

I go to all 3 sites to get all the latest racing updates. There all good and this way i learn how the diff modles run with diff mods. The jeep site does a lot more racing than the charger and challenger site but i find there all diff and i enjoy reading the pros and cons of each brands. I had a 06 srt8 magnum b4 the jeep and both have there pluses. I hope its ok to put up the other sites?

I spend a lot of time at the computer with nothing better to do and usually get addicted to just one forum, currently this one. I thought I'd move on after I bought the car as I was here for research, but it's become a hang-out. Doesn't take me much to leave a forum, but I just have an extensive ignore list and this helped preserve my sanity and keeping me around.

More seriously, this is the best Challenger forum. It's a combination of being active enough, having very tech savvy members as you said, and a few kindred spirits whose posts I enjoy. Moderators like Hal H who impress with their knowledge, patience, and benevolent presence make it easy to feel at home too. We've seen a few trolls, but I think that the membership is more mature than on other forums and this keeps them in check enough that they just provide entertainment instead of frustration.
