Driver side rear noise

I have a 2009 SRT8 6 speed manual transmission. For about 6 months I have had driver side rear suspension noise when the clutch is released and rear drivetrain torque’s when it loads. Been to the dealer many times and once they rack the car the noise would go away for about a week. Recently they replaced all the rear suspension bushings the noise went away for 45 days and is now back. Has anyone out there had same type of issue?
