Shaker suggestions

Just some suggestions guys, If the billet grilles are on backorder, maybe tell the person purchasing the hood that not EVERYTHING will be in the shipment? Also, might want to update the documentation so we know how to run the washer nozzle relocation, there was NOTHING in paperwork about that.

I think they show how to run the washer hoses on the video on their website. I just purchased the Ram Air kit and when I received it the air box was cracked. I called them and they sent out a new one the next day which was great on their part. The sent the wrong breather, I called them and they stated they knew it was wrong and they were having a problem with their supplier and that was it! They never offered to send me the correct one or anything. I have heard people having issues with this company and I can see why.

Mine was missing the clips for the washer hoses, I emailed them twice about it but never received a response.

So, they told me over the phone how to route the washer nozzles, and sent my grills as they came in, they did forget to include the screws to mount the grills... but they are also sending those out.. they have been responsive to my phone calls and emails.
