    The hoods were slated to ship at the end of last week, but there may have been a delay due to the holiday. I'll check today for you!

    I'm a patrol supervisor. I supervise 30 officers that perform patrol duties, answer 911 calls and yes they perform traffic enforcement. You need a H.S. diploma or GED to take the test. If you want to get hired you better have a lot more than that. Psych exams, background investigations, polygraph, physical standards etc. I have an M.S. in Biochemistry. Approximately 40,000 people take the test for my job. Over 4 years maybe 250 of them are hired. My responses to stressful situations are always measured and appropriate.

    Here's the difference. I have class. I won't publicly disparage people in the military, regardless of the many examples of crimes and abhorrent behavior. You have no qualms about publicly disparging police officers. I will say my piece here, however. Don't even try to compare the moral standards of a police officer with a member of the military. It's a non starter and you know it. You are unlikely to qualify for my job nor would the vast majority of military personnel. I work with several people that served in the military at one time. They served in Iraq in '91, and the present. Others served in Afghanistan. All of them officers. One was a colonel. I outrank them all. While all good people these military officers don't possess the intelligence or skills to advance beyond an entry level position in my field. So while your service is admirable and I salute you for it, get over yourself. You're really just another shlub trained to follow orders blindly and perform as an automaton.

    Blow it out your blowhole. I resisted the temptation to make disparaging comments about military personnel after your ignorant comments about police officers. I resisted the temptation because I have too much class and too much respect for our military personnel to reply in kind to an ignorant fool like yourself on a public forum. I have no respect for you. For every story you can dig up about police I can dig up thousands about military personnel misbehaving whether on active duty or on leave. I've had to deal with countless situations myself. Don't even try to go there. You're a colossal, immature self centered hypocrite and you don't deserve to use the uniform to play yourself up. You should be ashamed of yourself. It defies belief that you could resurrect a "Respect" thread after the ignorant and inflammatory comments you made.

    Troy;

    With all the discussion of mods on our cars I thought a poll asking what rwhp goal would you select if having a FUN car was your primary goal - (not cost restricted) might be interesting.
