That sounds like a good idea. Still going with the S type, or touring?

here's what i'm going to do. borla is selling me the system for $1350 shipped. i'm also going to order resonators from streetside auto and install them behind the tips. if that does not work, i'm going back to stock.

the corsa just doesn't do it for me. i'm thinking about selling the corsa and re-buying another borla, but with my own changes; i will add small resonators and use their hour glass cones that fit inside the pipe to cut sound. stainless has a great sound, but it's a 3" exhaust. don't want 3" on my car. if i decide on the borla and it does not pan out, my stock exhaust might go back on.????????

Glad you're happy with the exhaust. Wish that after you talked to us and we steered you to Baxter to hear it, you would have purchased from us. We could have saved you a good amount of $ too. But, you picked the right exhaust, and can't go wrong with it.

Are you auto or stick? Either way a catback exhaust should never affect the way your tranny shifts. I'm very curious about your issue firetruck. I would go to a reputable exhaust shop and see if they can drive around with you and see what is wrong. Best of luck!

Cool, I will have to go into the options and change that. I, too, am sick of holding down the button.

    Thanks!

I am certain the Diablo will shut it off your ESP completley. It did on the srt and others I have read about. I got tired of pushing that button every time I started it as well.
