Yes, I do have a Torred SRT. The only additions so far are the RPI floor mats and a lock pick.

The lug nut hole opening on the Alcoa wheels is 1.5" diameter. The nuts are about 1.4" diameter. The lug nut hole opening on the Vossen is 1.25" diameter. I think this is what the tire store was talking about, and was trying to get me to spend $2k with them for wheels instead of $50 for new lug nuts. I'm ordering black lug nuts from Gorilla Automotive that are about 1.0" overall diameter.

My wheels are 20". I was going with 285/40/20 on the rear. I was being very conservative on the tire size to make sure of no problems. I told them to send the tires back since they weren't installing the wheels. Based on what you've said and learned, I may inch up to 295/40/20 on the next try, so I can go with the Invo instead of the 420S.

I do follow the threads on wheels and sizes very closely. You're right that offset is critical information.
