Did your car have a misfire before you brought it in for the P01?
The only symptom that was present before I took her in was I felt that certain tug when I would slow down before turning on my street. Aside from that, maybe a lifter acting up.

Misfiring Issues

So I've been sitting on my recall notice for Amy, my 2013 R/T, about a month or so because, well, I didn't want to deal with it. Finally took her in this Monday the 19th, got a halfway decent loaner vehicle and all is well and good right? Well, today rolls around and I haven't heard back yet so I give the dealership a call. She won't be done until Monday the 26th because they had to order some parts.

19johned53 I see why the P01 was extended into '13, as that's the old style part that we all were told was replaced with the aluminum unit.

born2rock I picked my 2013 Challenger from the P01 today. Mine was build September 2012, I have nearly 60000 miles on it, but I've disabled the MDS with Intune at 30000 miles.

Dealer showed me the old tensioner they've replaced, it was the white PA version stamped with 6/2012. It had no visible wear.

08blackrt My car had, I think, 43K on it when it was done, it had no signs anything was wrong, but it was just about ready to go. It didn't seem any different at all after it was done, and the only way I know anything was changed was the water pump was cleaned up and they showed me the chain. I don't think I'll ever get used to that flimsy looking chain that's on most engines now. I remember the Cloyes roller chains I put on a couple of my engines in the past. No worries about them breaking.
