Did you wash the engine bay? if so it will probably quit when the water evaporates from whatever connection it's shorting. Leave the hood open overnight if possible.

There should be no voids or pores as seen in that part. As stated, poor or no "drying" of the resins will lead to the defective parts. Those pores are a clear sign that the material was not ready...

The more teeth you have on the chain, the less likely the chain will just skip on the gear. Curving both sides of the free areas helps to prevent the chain from jumping on the teeth.

Well let's see, if I put a super-charger on it and gained 100Hp for $5000 that would be 10Hp for each $500. The underdrive pulley will be about the same cost per Hp. I don't see the problem....
