Its actually more than that. There is a steel pin in the center that needs a hole drilled, then the OEM 2012 RT spoiler has 3 of those nylon clips, the Hellcat spoiler has 4 and none of them line up...

Hellcat Rear Spoiler On 2012 RT

As far as I know, mine is the first non-Hellcat to have the 2015 rear spoiler. It delivered today and I had it on in about an hour. As a note to anyone else looking to do this, it is not a bolt-on....

You can put it together without the filler pieces, you'll just have a gap between the fender and the spoiler at the bottom of the wheel well. Yes, you'll need the plastic rivet gun, you'll see why...
