Even though they are called 3 volt, when fresh they read 3.27 volts.
I have had the same problem with other electronics and a fresh battery makes it work.

You would have to adapt the 2 3/4" mid pipe to the 2 1/2" R/T cat back.
A muffler shop can reduce the mid pipe to fit. Or, adapters are available.

Other than all of the work involved, be aware that emmisions requirements are based on the year of the vehicle, not of the engine.
It may not be possible to bring the 440 up to 2011 standards.

I'm not an engineer but, there were LED replacement lamps that had built in resistors, they could go bad, but, both at the same time, unlikely. Check the wiring, you might find some resistors already...

I'm just curious, if the 90mm works why change to the 80mm?
