it sounds exactly like mine, to me it sounds like one lifter tapping. mine quieted down some when I changed the oil last but it's time for another oil change, wonder if it'll quieted down again?

dang, I was hoping you were fixed. you know others had their pushrods and lifters replaced and they were quiet for a while then the ticking came back.. sorry yours did too. :(

29-31lbs is what I've seen pretty much, never weighed them but I have an extra set of the 2010 Alcoas and I think they were 27-29 lbs (I could weigh them) each so they are probably pretty close.

yea, I'll agree with Randycat.. most of the time in gear i'd say 550ish, with no rough idle, no stalling. sometimes it closer to 700 rpm. stock tune, stock everything.:thumbsup:

I've been using this, I have found nothing easier to put on or take off and it is slick, lasts a long time too. someday I'll put a coat of paste wax on top of it... but I haven't felt the need bad...

I have the same question, I can't answer but thought the same thing about my car. it does have a lifter tic sometimes, sometimes worse than other times. if sensors "hear" this and retard the timing...
