Are Center Vents Easily Removable?

The center vents in my 2013 were not molded correctly. There is a lot of extra discolored plastic on the vanes that I assume should have been trimmed off. My question is this: is that assembly easily removable from the front or does the dashboard need to come out for the repair? If they just pop out from the front, I'll have the dealer replace at the first oil change. But if the whole dash needs to come out, I'll live with it. Don't want the repair to cause more problems (rattles, squeaks, etc). Thanks All!!

The vents are inserts - they can be removed by pulling them out (dash removal not required).
