Long clutch pedal

Tried searching and didn't really get the answer. Have not driven a stick in a long time, but just wondering if anybody else thinks the clutch pedal is a little long on the throw? Have not driven another challenger to compare.

I think mine is short, but then again I was used to a 30 year old truck with a cable clutch before I got this car.

It's longer than my 69 vw ghia. I was very unimpressed when I drove the '12 srt with one. My personal preference left much to be desired.

your correct the pedal in stock form is very soft and long IMO but it's been so long since I drove a stock clutch in my challenger. I felt it had a very high release point also what you need to consider is that the new clutches are hydraulic and very easy to soft for my personal taste. But not something to change unless you going to additional modifications.

I have a bunch of posts about this. The engagement point is too damn high! Turned me off to the manual immediately, which is crazy because I have never preferred and auto. My 05 Subaru Wrx had a better clutch and at half the cost!! Super disappointed.

At any rate, once I discussed more with the dealer about it and experienced the 1-4 skip shift, it became apparent that the autos actually had more gear selection control (now that they don't auto upshift) than the manual. Ass backwards.
