Because they love torturing us, LOL, my beloved Billet Silver is now also gone. They actually deleted Redline Red early in 2018 so not many built in that color last year.

The Triple Nickle might look classy. I would not have minded Titanium back or the bright silver either. But B5 and Hemi Orange are still my favorites. I noticed the GT AWD has STP. For someone who has a GT now, does that mean the suspension is the lowered STP that comes with other trims?

This is why you can't believe everything you read even if it's from FCA. :D

I'm looking at the order guide and it does show the adaptive suspension as a standalone option on the the standard body Scat Pack so good news, it is a $995 option and the only requirement is that you also order the Dynamics Package, and it's the same $2,200 that it was last year.

So, Adaptive is standard on Widebody but optional on standard Scat Pack. [emoji106]

You can essentially order that car now as a Scat Pack with the options that made the old SRT392 different from the old Scat Pack. So my guess is the thinking is there was no reason to have a separate SRT392, just option the Scat Pack with the adaptive suspension and all the goodies that were on the old SRT392.

I can confirm the Adaptive Damping Suspension is a $995 option for the narrow body Scat Pack -- sweeeeet!

I tried to order my Scat Pack today (w/ the Shaker pkg) but the "MOPAR Interior Appearance Group" was greyed out (not selectable). This appears to be a bug in order system. I showed the dealer the 2019 Feature Availability (pdf) to prove this should be an option, but they did not have an answer. Has anyone else experienced this? This was a show stopper for me, until the kink is worked out.
UPDATE: I reviewed the RT Order Guide (thanks RS!) and I believe I found the conflict. PLUS PACKAGE (M/H AJV; N/A W/ACX; N/A W/AEW). In short, can't add the Mopar Interior Appearance Group (ACX) in addition to the Plus Package (AAY). Based on the notes from page1, the Plus Package includes (most/all?) stuff found in the other package (i.e. bright pedals & premium floor mats).

I also noticed the "Bumble Bee" stripe is not an option this year, which was included in the 2018 Scat Pack Appearance Group. I guess after-market stripes will have to suffice.
UPDATE: Per RT Order Guide (thanks again RS!), SCAT PACK STRIPE M91 may be the graphics I'm looking for?

Here's what my order form looked like:

Yes, the M91 stripe is the rear Scat Pack stripe.

Looks like all the stripes are a seperate option now, the M91 Scat Pack, the MH3 Shaker and the MPC Shakedown graphics are all optional and are all $495.

I believe the default is the same low-gloss black variety as MY18. I did not explore any rim options, but I'm curious as well. I wish they would update the Dodge "build & price" website w/ 2019 options so we can "see" the new options.

A couple of interesting options available for the Scat Pack T/A and Shaker packages:

MOPAR BLACK HOOD PIN KIT $425
MOPAR FRONT STRUT TOWER BRACE $695

I liked the look of the pins on the 2018 T/As. Not sure how it would look on a Shaker, prolly awesome too.

Would that strut brace be color-coded to match exterior paint?

#31 ·
That Mopar single piece brace probably wouldn't clear the shaker scoop - instead Mopar offered these (this is my car)

Oh man, I'd have a tough time explaining to the wife why there is no rear seat.

What are peeps thoughts on the $695 strut brace -- does it significantly help w/ handling? I'm curious how this would affect the "shaker" movement...its good to have some action with the revs. Granted a manual tranny would be best for shaker action.

Welcome to Challengertalk Sullonone. It's looking like the GT is now more a level between SXT and R/T. With the GT having more options included, and perhaps available. On the Charger at least, the SXT versions get the 292HP V6, while the GT version gets the 300HP version. All SXT and GT Challengers get the 305HP version and the A8. Thus SXT is both RWD and AWD, as is the GT. Looks like you can get the Performance Handling Group on the GT (not sure of the AWD GT).

See the options here:

I wish Dodge would offer a real T/A performance package from the factory, despite their weight and size these cars can really handle if they're set up correctly.

I'd include stuff like front and rear strut braces, subframe connectors, lowering springs or coilovers, beefed up rear linkage, poly bushings all around, an option for something equivalent to MagneRide suspension (I think the SRT adaptive isn't as advanced), maybe a different hydraulic steering box with a tighter ratio, hell maybe even an option for carbon ceramic brakes for those with really deep pockets. And an option for side exit exhaust if possible. And for God's sake, much better tires, sized 305 or larger in the rear.

All that together would be expensive, but maybe they could offer them all as separate options, or as different level performance packages like Ford does with the Mustang.

I'm very interested in what the 1320 drag package is going to consist of, a bump in power for the 392 would be nice but probably too much to hope for. I know it says late availability but hopefully we get some details on this package soon, as it might help a few folks decide if they need to start saving their pennies.

It's probably going to have some stuff from the Demon like transbrake and drag mode where the front end will come up easy for traction and maybe even the Nitto drag radials. The Demon on black key (500hp) ran 11.59, the drag Scat Pack could be similar.

No, standard is the same black houndstooth cloth with the bee logo, optional is the nappa/alcantara logo seats in either black or black/ruby red (included with Plus Group).
