5 holes is what the standard R/T lip spoiler is made for (not that everyone uses them all )
My GO spoiler takes 4....

yup 5 holes. the 3 middle ones are just tabs that pop into place. Only the 2 edge ones are bolted down.

removed mine to vinyl the trunk lid.

The two visible nuts that hold the rear spoiler can become loose. These nuts are located on each side of the trunk lid, next to the plastic housing for the lights.

As a permanent solution, I would replace the 10mm nuts with nyloc nuts. Here are two photos of the mounting bolts.
