best hemi 5.7 engine builders?

Just gauging for future reference but which shop or biz is considered the current best and most dependable Hemi engine builder? I seen that Arrington was at or near the top of the list until a few years ago. When I was doing GM LS cars it was Lingenfelter. I've cracked open many GM engines but never opened up a modern hemi so any builds I would do will be farmed out this time around, besides I have more $$ this time around vs my poorer younger days lol.

Better built performance built my stroker. From what I’m told , they are the guys from Arrington who actually built the engines , not the management who went to a2.

I would say HHP/BES as well. They have helped me line up my car with everything and will be doing my stroker down the line.
