Instrument Cluster of the SRT in the SE

Hello,
someone has installed the Instrument Cluster of the SRT in the SE (why) only because of the optics

the speedometer scale is different (140mph vs. 180mph) plus the VIN # is flashed to TIPM and cluster for the vehicle.

You can't just buy a cluster and plug it in

What is the TIPM?

2012 Tungsten R/T Classic, 6 speed w/STP, 730 RHR w/sound group II and heritage wheels.

this has the VIN / sales codes encoding that tells the Canbus system (vehicle's network or wiring & modules) what it was configured for its build.
