Things are not always as they appear. My clutch WAS replaced under warranty. They proved that it was NOT human error, because with how bad my clutch was burnted, I shouldn't have had any tread left on my rear tires and they are brand new. I don't understand why people feel like they need to assume that there is no way a factory part was bad from the get go. As far as your comment goes about Hellcat clutches can hold a LOT of power, there are a LOT of people on here and other forums that would disagreee with that comment. Just ask Bad Boyzz Garage.

Of course they disagree, they are trying to make MONEY. My car makes more power than your hellcat, and it holds just fine.

Do they make nice parts, yes, but there is nothing wrong with the OEM part either.

PS. you can ruin a clutch without ever burning the tires: rest your foot on the clutch pedal while cruising, and let it slip too much when you shift.

Either way, the main point of your thread is to find out why your clutch pedal feels soft. I gave you your answer already. Yes, there is air in the line, but it will bleed out on its own.

I gotta say that the pedal feel between my current m6 scat pack and my buddy's m6 hellcat was way different. First thing I noticed was how much heavier the hellcat clutch was. Felt like my old vipers clutch. Much heavier pedal than 392 M6.

Weird, for me it was exactly the same pedal effort as my old, stock, clutch.

I have only put a 100 miles on it, since I got it back. The clutch is still way soft, right now it is sitting in my garage watching the snow fall. rumor has it the 5th gear synchro will be in stock on Dec. 3rd, so it will be nice to get that fixed.

My SRT 392 has the same bolt pattern as a hellcat, a Dragon claw from Holley would do wonders.
