As I recall the OP bought this car in good faith. I would start throwing all kinds of bad press in Twitter and all social media. You say @(culprits name) and I have seen on more than one occasion that they are right on the phone trying to get you to take the "shade off" as they say. ( I had to look it up) They did that TO him. Perhaps they would take their car back....for a refund. Took a car with a terminal problem and represented it as a 4k mile car.... Yes LAWYER!
I bet that is the direction he takes you.

I wish you ALL the best!

One the car was “used” 770 miles they say the mileage doesn’t add to the Pcm mileage,

The car was bought with 770 miles so yes used the dealer had no issue asking for a long block replacement srt team says no the cars pcm and odometer don’t match[ That’s there “proof” it’s bullshit QUOTE=silver scat;8379329]As I recall the OP bought this car in good faith. I'm confused. You're saying the PCM and odometer don't match? If you didn't swap it out and bought it like that you have them by the nads. Altering the odometer becomes a federal matter and they don't want them involved....

When you get a unlocked PCM, one thing you give them is the exact odometer reading so they can make them match. Whoever changed the PCM didn't have the mileage matched apparently. Also possible new PCM was removed, and original one was put back in. Original wouldn't show whatever mileage was put on while it was out?

When I ordered my Scat Pack 1 PCM I gave them (steve white) the mileage and they shipped my th ePCM, then I drove to the dealership (approx 20 miles) and had it installed. I hope I never have an issue with this. (I will not let them do the recall on it until they can put the Scat Pack 1 PCM tune on it)
