Will the entire Hellcat airbox fit on a 2015 SRT 392?

If not, can you Please explain why?

Thanks in advance!

No it won't. The throttle body and intake tube are different on the HC, so the air tube on the top air box cover, is made to match that.

Compare pics of the two, and you'll see what's different.

Thank You!

I thought that I'd ask because I saw this thread and just wanted to make sure. Gumby fit it to a 5.7 Hemi and I thought thati t might work on a 392.

The entire box won't.You use the Hellcat lower airbox and the 392 upper airbox. This is what you do on the 5.7.Hellcat lower,5.7 upper.

Another thread mentioned the Hellcat specific air filter has a higher air pass thru rate (or whatever it is called).

Yep, that's what I'm using in mine. Don't have the specs handy right now, but the HC filter has considerably more flow (CFM) than the standard element. The 392 will get all the dry filtered air that it can EVER need.

Got the element at my dealer for $24.

You only need the lower box and the air tube. Its a simple install and works great. I have this setup for sale if ur interested. I ended up trading in the SRT 392 on a Hellcat so I removed this prior to trading in. Ping me if ur interested.
