Reliable Engine Company

Has anyone bought a used engine from a reliable company? Or anyone have a good experience with LKQ? Looking for a 6.4 Hemi.

We use LKQ for most of our used stuff. I don’t think I ever ran into a problem with any of there motors or transmissions. Carry a decent warranty. Reman we use Jasper.

Wells its for a 5.7 to a 6.4 swap. Theres 140k on the current motor, it blew the timing chain and bent a few valves at the same time. Over all to do a correct fix with correct machining it will only fall short $1000 from a used motor and I can keep mine. Its funny how all the used engine companies have the same motor at about the same rate with the same milage . Looking at 6.4 for 4k and one at 5k.

How about a sweet running 394ci Rocket with a J2 Intake? It's putting out 350hp and is only 58 years old.

Just the time it would take to tie-in all the electronics correctly would kill me.
