I am going to throw one thing out to you that I did when my window did not auto open when the door was opened.This was on my 15MY Scat Pack. The dealer said to take the battery cable off the negative side of the battery 10mm socket. Wait a minute and put it back on. That did fix that issue.It never happened again.
