Challenger TA 5.7, thoughts on these long tube headers and connection pipes?

I am looking to make my car louder, and a tiny performance gain. I’ve researched a lot and heard 1 3/4 kooks long tube would be the best. I also need information on a good tuner and how I could go about that, I am clueless when it comes to tuning. This is the current package I’m looking at, id appreciate everyone’s thoughts on it!
If it helps, I am in ohio but could travel a reasonable length for a good tune along with installation

Do you live in one of the smog test counties?

I wouldn't be surprised to see more testing areas in the future in states with only select areas now
